Marina Benito
I am an Alchemy Energy Healer, Channeler, and Medium, dedicated to guiding individuals through healing, awareness, and self-discovery.
My path into metaphysics began early in life, shaped by my family and a deep, natural connection with non-physical realms. Over the years, this connection expanded into a clear ability to perceive, translate, and work with subtle information in service of healing and conscious transformation.
My work is informed by years of study, lived experience, and direct exploration of consciousness.
I support healing on multiple levels — spiritual, energetic, emotional, and cellular — always with the intention of helping people reconnect with their own inner clarity and power. Rather than offering answers, I guide individuals to experience their own insights and understanding.
Through my journey, I discovered hypnosis as a powerful way for people to access their essence directly, from within their own awareness. This approach became the foundation for what later evolved into Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy™.
In collaboration with my daughter Alexa and my colleague Pilar, I developed Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy™ as an integrative approach that brings together hypnosis, consciousness exploration, and alchemical transformation. The technique is designed to help individuals release limitations, gain perspective, and consciously shift how they experience their lives.

I am a dedicated Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapist with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. With a deep passion for working with children, I have enjoyed extensive experience in elementary schools, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for young minds.
The creation of Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy is a collaborative effort between myself, my valued friend Pilar, who has vast hypnotherapy experience, and my mother Marina, an alchemy energy healer and medium/channeler. Inspired by a lifelong curiosity about the human mind and a commitment to helping others gain new perspectives on their lives, I blend traditional psychological insights with the transformative power of hypnotherapy. This unique approach helps clients navigate their personal journeys and achieve profound self-discovery and healing.
Growing up with a mother who is an alchemy energy healer and a medium/channeler, I was immersed in the world of spiritual guidance from an early age. This upbringing provided a rich foundation for understanding the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My mother communicates with various beings to offer guidance in the human experience, a practice that has profoundly influenced my own path.
The work of Dolores Cannon, a renowned hypnotherapist and author, further inspired me to pursue hypnotherapy. The testimonials and profound insights shared by Cannon resonated deeply, mirroring the information my mother received through her channeling.
Incorporating these diverse influences, we offer a holistic approach to hypnotherapy, guiding clients toward greater clarity, healing, and empowerment. Through Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy, we help individuals unlock their potential and transform their lives.

My healing journey began with exploring various modalities such as Reiki, which opened my eyes to the world of energy healing and intuitive practices.
A 20-year journey with Psychic Horizons meditation school, deepened my understanding of energy work at a profound level to enhance my abilities, to strengthen my intuition, to do intuitive readings, and also for laying the foundation for my future practice in the hypnosis world.
When I received my certification with QHHT, created by Dolores Cannon, it truly was a game changer for me. It gave me the understanding of how human behavior really works through the Higher- Self.
To then enrich my practice, I went on with my certification for Introspective Hypnosis founded by Antonio Sangio and assisted with Alba Weinman, a very well known hypnosis on YouTube. Introspective expanded my tool kit even more allowing me to navigate the depths of the subconscious mind with precision and care.
Collaborating with my very close friends, an Alchemy Energy Healer, Marina and a psychologist Alexa, I co-created Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy -QAH-, synthesizing my extensive experience into a powerful, transformative technique.

Is hypnotherapy safe & Are there any side effects from hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective technique when performed by a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist. During a session, you are always in control and can choose to end the session at any time.
There are generally no side effects from hypnotherapy. However, some individuals may experience temporary feelings of drowsiness, a sense of deep relaxation, or might feel energized after a session. These effects are usually short-lived and dissipate quickly and are signs that your energy is adjusting.
What is Energy Healing?
A holistic practice that works with the body’s energy field to restore balance, release blockages, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It operates on the understanding that imbalances in the energy field can affect health and life patterns. In our Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy sessions, energy healing often occurs spontaneously or is intentionally guided as clients access higher frequencies and align with their natural state of harmony.
What is the Higher -Self?
The expanded, wise, and loving aspect of you that exists beyond the ego and physical mind — a direct link to your soul’s knowledge, purpose, and divine intelligence.
Parallel Lives
Parallel lives are simultaneous expressions of your soul existing in different realities, timelines, or dimensions—all happening in the here and now. Unlike the traditional idea of “past lives,” which implies linear time and suggests that these experiences happened in a distant past, parallel lives reflect that all experiences coexist simultaneously. In our work, we connect to these parallel lives rather than going back to previous lives, recognizing that time is not linear but a multidimensional present. Therefore, the term “past lives” is outdated and does not accurately describe the true nature of our soul’s experiences.

You understand that the results of any session are not guaranteed, and you accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided during the sessions.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential unless otherwise stated. We will not disclose your information to any third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law. However, you understand that the nature of hypnotherapy and spiritual services may involve discussions that are deeply personal, and you agree to participate with an understanding of this confidentiality policy.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for all sessions must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Quantum Alchemy Hypnotherapy™, including its practitioners and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.
